Handling Unrecognized Charges
If you discover charges on your credit/debit card linked to purchases on Canbhas.com that you did not authorize, please first consult with your family members or colleagues who may have access to your card. If the charge remains unidentified, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction by emailing enquiry@canbhas.com so we can investigate further.
Dealing with Payment Failures
If you encounter issues during the payment process, please attempt the payment again, ensuring that all information provided (like account details, billing address, and net banking or UPI IDs) is correct. Also, check to ensure your internet connection is stable during the transaction.
In cases where your account is debited following a payment failure, the amount is usually refunded to your account within 7 business days. If you need further assistance or clarification, please contact us at enquiry@canbhas.com. with your order number.
Cancellation Policy
Orders that have been paid for and confirmed cannot be cancelled.
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be cancelled. If necessary, you may follow our return process as detailed on our website.
